One thing that I love about Nokia devices is customization. Typically themes do the trick, but with the Internet Tablets, there seems to be a large lack of themes. I know about Konttori’s Theme Creator, but it doesn’t work*yet* for the new OS2008. It also requires a bit of work, whereas typically changing the background is enough for me.

For my PC, I use Interfacelift for quality backgrounds. They have a great selection, and they update at least a few times a week, so there’s always something new. I took a few of my favorite desktop backgrounds from Interfacelift and resized them to perfectly fit on the Internet Tablets. They are also smaller files this way, which should keep things a bit speedy. Some of the files are also my personal pictures that you’re welcome to use. As you can see, I like a nice clean, relaxing pic as my background.

I’m currently using “Tyler” on my N800, and it looks really nice. Which is your favorite?

**Edit** The download was not working, I’m still trying to figure out how to upload a file properly on Wordpress, Typepad was super easy for that. In the meantime, if you click the “More” link, you can preview each image and download the ones you want. Probably more user-friendly anyways.

Note that this one alone needs to be stretched to fit.
