OS2008 Official On N800!
Thoughtfix shot me an IM this morning to alert me that OS2008 is officially available for the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet! It’s not currently loaded into the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Updater, but you can go to the official site, enter your N800’s WLAN product code, and you have the option to download Software Edition 2008 version 4.2007.44-4 for Nokia N800, the latest version.
I’ll be updating my Tablet right now and will update this post with any changes that I see. It’s downloading disgustingly slow, but hopefully they’ll speed it up. Head on over if you can’t wait, or check back here in a few hours to find out what’s new!
….you weren’t kidding when you said painfully slow….at this pace I won’t be seeing OS2008 until the morning.
