Status Bar Clock On OS2008

One of the problems that I often face when using my N810 is that I can’t see the clock unless I minimize all of my open windows. This can be frustrating if you’re in the midst of a large amount of tasks.
Enter the new status bar clock applet. This small app puts a clock up there, as you can see in the screenshot. Clicking on the clock offer a small submenu from which you can launch the clock, switch to or from 24-hour mode, or configure the size and color of the clock, as well as the font.
It really couldn’t be easier. To get the app, just click here for the deb file. Obviously this works best if you’re browsing Tablet-Guru from your tablet, though you could also save the file to your pc and transfer it to your tablet.

Awesome! one of those little essentials, why was this not an option by default on the os?
Hmm… I suppose I should have known being it is a OS2007 app … Only shows minutes under OS2008. :/
And I agree, it should have been included as a display option for the current clock app …
Hi Ken, i thought the same at the first moment. But the clock has two elements: The minutes an the hours. You have to choose both of them in control panel -> panels -> Status bar. There you can select the position of the clock too.
Nice little application :-)
